Although OP seems to be talking about RS3 and OSRS, a lot of their "issues" don't really apply to RS3. For instance, we have far more banks and deposit boxes in RS3. We have porter signs. We have note papers. We have external banks for ores/bars, Archaeology material etc. We have Summoning BOB. We have all kinds of seed/herb/gem bags, ore/wood boxes. We also have Spring Cleaner which automatically alch/dissemble our drop on the premise so no banking is required. Of course we can manually dissemble most items for Invention gain any time anywhere.
RS3 and OSRS are meant to be 2 different games because they are going in 2 different directions. RS3 encompasses the past, the present and the future, as Jagex CEO narrated in the RS 20 Anniversary, and OSRS is as its name suggested Old School or something in the past. Technologies of the two games are vastly different and pretty much sealed the fate that OSRS can't be modernized much with its old 2007 technology stacks.
If you think the drop rate of Bandos or whatnots old school mobs are low or rewards are bad, there are better ones. We have a lot of choices in RS3. You may want to check out not just pvming, but also skilling and other new school minigames AKA D&Ds that give you much better rewards. Don't miss out on Necromancy. That will be a fresh start of many vital areas of the economy.
Adrenaline potions are our "special attack" potions in RS3 already. We use adrenaline and abilities in RS3. With Necromancy on the horizon, we are not just limited to melee/ranged/magic/def etc, we will have new "special attack" potions in the form of new Necromancy potions.
Yak Tracks are our Battle Passes in RS3. They exist long ago already.
OP, most of what you suggested are already in RS3 for a very long time and will only be getting better with Necromancy and new school Fort Forinthry. They don't exist in OSRS and perhaps it is the game where you want to offer your suggestions.
