Hello there.
I'm going to lock this as to Me and others you may have an issue with using up your time to report people in game.
People play this game for fun and enjoyment. Jagex do not expect people within the Community to go out of their way to mass report anyone they feel could be Botting or Cheating or other Rule breaking issues. Jagex say if You come accross any Rule breaking during your normal days play then yes by all means pop in a report.
You claim to have reported over 26,000 accounts. I and others find that a tad excessive. I suggest you play the game more and enjoy more.
You also say your success rate is very low. Maybe you are reporting innocent players. You also claim you can spot cheaters. I doubt that very much as I've been here 21 years and as of today I find it extreamly difficult to spot them these days.
Good luck with your game.
Also Tenebri posted Proof that bans happen. I suggest you read that and take onboard the numbers of bans done by the Anti-Cheating team. Comprehensive Account Security
