Thought only adults play rs
He is amusing. Like Twitch is supposed to be the primary validation for how popular something is. Can't use Facebook 'cuz that's for "old foggies". Doesn't want to use TikTok 'cuz people make fun of it.
As if we don't do the same for all so called "streamers" and especially "influencers"

However, real time data shows although OSRS is huggggeeeee, it has fallen to #62 on Twitch for the last 7 days:

Anybody remembers Jagex actually had a Top 10 Game on Twitch? To me, it is just mind blown...
I remember FunOrb. That was real popular, at first. And then it died.
Kind of like OSRS but it reversed. Beginning of 2013 it was at least close to RS3 but dropped to less than half mid year. Then the trend started to reverse. In early 2015 they became equal and by 2016 OSRS consistently exceeded RS3.
Come 2018 it became embarrassing and just got worse from there. OSRS is obviously where new investors will want to put the focus on.
OSRS is tanking hard by time on Twitch. So much for the "new investors" and more on the legitimacy of the stats they showed compared to the actual real numbers on Twitch and other platforms.

Advertising on Twitch while something is "hot" is one thing, buying a company is another. It's called "due diligence". It can't just be hot today, it must also be even hotter tomorrow.
Just the publicly shown part shows the numbers for RS3 going _DOWN_, and OSRS going _UP_. I personally don't like that very much, but it is what it is.
Face reality, change direction. Or die. That is what RS3 is facing.

OSRS going _UP_? We can all see it going down on Twitch. Do I really need to put up the link again?
False advertising can only draw the consumers away, or to some consumer bureaus rather.

Nobody cares about "Twitch", what they do care about is how many are paying to play the game _now_. That number is directly proportional to the online player count. And last, but definitely not least, what does that look like for future revenue? Hmm, maybe a graph over time will tell us and since you want to talk about "links":

So stop doing it
Nobody cares about Twitch and yet OSRS is going _UP_ (must be a joke),
Obviously OSRS cares about Twitch a lot. They spent so much money sponsoring big streamers only to see them leaving left and right. If they don't care about Twitch, why are they proclaiming they are "Top 10 Game on Twitch (TM)"?
Face reality, change direction. Or die. That is what OSRS is facing. They can't fake all the numbers for long.
