You raise a good point about the new Necromancy bosses. They should be the best xp. I think everyone just trying to get re-max/re-comp deserve these to be one of the best methods of training.
I talked about new Necromancy content, but not necessarily bosses. I believe new Necromancy combat content (again, not just bosses) will replace ED3 as the best combat training option for the near future. Of course, they will change perhaps a few years down the road, but this is how RS3 keeps evolving and make their content fresh.
OSRS doesn't evolve, that's why players are still stuck with NMZ because everything is just the cookie cutter prayer switching. This won't happen in RS3 though.
