Ranks were not affected then?

I'd still choose not to reset because virtual levels aren't just for ranking. Many minor game content are based on virtual levels. For instance, Dwarven Instinct gp rewards are based on our total levels.

I'd go with Archaeology.

I would love to play through all the content again, ideally with only limited knowledge of what I know now. I was level 99 by the time I started to understand the majority of it the first time through, so going through it again would be a bit easier given I now know what to aim for. However, I loved the feeling of wonder when I unlocked every new site and dug into each storyline.
