I personally own a dragon chain body shirt but I'd like to see an ancestral hoodie I can purchase and wear on the JaGeX RuneScape Shop along with an amulet of fury that's looks cool. And why not a fighters torso shirt with a dragon boots socks.

Jagex doesn't own the official Runescape Merch Store actually. It is a 3rd party entity, so you may have to ask Backstreetmerch why they don't offer the items you want:

From the perspective of a consumer, the educated guess is Necromancy, EGW and such are what Jagex's Merch Store partner see selling in 2023 so they produce them instead of Dragon Boots and Torsos and the likes of the past.

I used to own a hoodie from the merch shop with the ‘ 99 logo’ on the back.. decent quality.

I like your ideas , support :) ..necromancy related items seems interesting . How bout a necklace with the skull logo :p

Demands of IRL commercial goods and free virtual pixels are two very different things.

It won't be hard to see Necromancy is in fashion, and perhaps it will be in season in a month when the Halloween month of October comes around. Perhaps we can see more Necromancy themed products.

On the other hand, fighter torso, dragon boots and such may be nice to have as free in game pixels or even paid for items like in SGS, because the production cost can be close to ZIP, but whether there is any IRL business incentive for a brick and mortar store to produce them is a very different story. It doesn't hurt for OP and the likes to inquire though.
