How i runecraft xp calculated?

It says u get a specific xp per ess. But when I go with all the same stuff to the fire altar,
at different times I get 666, or 694, or 645 xp.

I wear the same outfit, using the same pouches, and no bonus xp.
Why is it different?

Infinity Ethereal outfit, explorers ring 4, grace of the elves,
crystal tele seed, rainbow cape, tirannwn quiver 3.

Backpack... all 5 pouches, and 23 pure ess.
(I filled the pouches, and the Ethereal body).

And I made the fire runes by just going to the fire altar from Al Kharid lodey.
I planned to go thru the abyss later and wanted to see the xp difference.

Idk if multiple runes give extra xp as well but if I remember right u have a chance at extra runes when crafting (not the multiplier depending on ur level) so idk if that gives the extra xp ur seeing or not

So looked at wiki and it says explorers ring gives additional elemental runes and additional xp as well so it seems to be ur explorers ring that's giving u extra xp after all

694 - 666 = 28 = 7 x 4
666 - 645 = 21 = 7 x 3

Crafting 1 fire rune gives 7xp.

It seems extremely likely your extra xp came from 4 and 3 extra fire runes crafted respectively.

Yes, Explorer rings that give extra runes is a possible explanation.
