I have a premier membership and have just been awarded 5 Premier Tokens. I already had six in my bank. But they all give me the same answer whenever I try to redeem anything:

"There are no more available items in this category."

Can this possibly be true? Does Jagdex actually run out of electronically available awards?

What can I do to redeem my tokens?

I have at least 10 premier tokens sitting in my bank with nothing left to use them for. I have claimed every reward there was and there has been no "upcoming new stuff" for years. All the more recent cosmetics and items have been put into the various event shops where you need to earn the currency to get the items. Premier reward tokens have been neglected and are long overdue a refresh of the rewards.

Assuming the reward tokens are meant to be an incentive to purchase premier membership, you would think that Jagex could come up with some new items. For anyone who's played for a number of years, they're worse than useless.

one person i havent seen post in a long while used to say... you got your reward.. the token lol.

they didnt promise you could use the token.

i have waited for a refrest too.. for years.

ive been a premier member since it came out so had all the items to begin with.

maybe this year will be different... or not. The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.

I have one left in the bank. This needs to be updated. It’s not hard to add some new stuff from past promos . Example, there were many outfits from previous prime gaming promos.

I would like Amare_(purple) added as an option .
