RSC concept still exists and may work in RS3, but only in 2023 and futuristic settings amid major technical and feasibility issues.

As I mentioned, some old junk like broken arrows and Jmod Trading Sequence junk may still be "fun" (depending on each player's personal preference) and have been remastered in a certain way to be incorporated into present time RS3. However, it is really too far-fetched to think it is feasible (if even possible) to put the RSC puttyface characters and snail pace animations to a 2023 online game.
