Can't Claim Premier Rewards

I am unable to claim my monthly premier rewards for November, even though I am a premier member. How can I get help with this problem? Support doesn't list this as a topic that I can write them about.

When you sign up for premier you get 12 monthly drops, including the month when you got it.

Basically, November through October drops. Then you need to get more premier for another November drop.

Mine expires in December, so this drop is the last one I get from that premier membership.

This should not be an issue anymore as Premier Membership is now auto-renewing. It's not like the old Premier Club that you had to buy freshly each year.

, if you could not claim your November monthly Premier reward, you need to check what type of subscription you have as you might have cancelled your Premier from renewing.
To check: click on 'My Account' at the top of this page and then 'Manage your subscriptions' then 'View by Account'.
