I am unable to claim my monthly premier rewards for November, even though I am a premier member. How can I get help with this problem? Support doesn't list this as a topic that I can write them about.
This should not be an issue anymore as Premier Membership is now auto-renewing. It's not like the old Premier Club that you had to buy freshly each year.

, if you could not claim your November monthly Premier reward, you need to check what type of subscription you have as you might have cancelled your Premier from renewing.
To check: click on 'My Account' at the top of this page and then 'Manage your subscriptions' then 'View by Account'.
