Faladore Achievement Bug?

I cannot seem to complete "It Spoiled My View" (Hard Faladore Area achievement). It says to cut a yew or magic tree you have grown in the faladore park lot... Which I have done multiple times.
I think there might be a bug? I already tried changing hatchet, compost, regrowing the same tree, or not paying Heskel.

update: tried yew... didn't work either...

If you report it using the in-game tools, it will be more likely to be fixed.... Things may be looking down now, but I see a light at the end of the tunnel;
Do you think I should get off the tracks?
