I just got 2 Seren Spirits on 2 consecutive clicks earlier this morning.
How is that helping me? I am not getting any.
We can't help everybody when it comes to RNG. However, I can very much state the fact we can still get Seren Spirits and there is no indication everybody is getting decrease rate of Seren Spirit spawns.
I also reminded players not all training methods spawn Seren Spirits:
"Most methods of training can spawn a Seren spirit..."

Some methods of training can't spawn Seren Spirit. It matters what methods of training you are using.
