I'm stuck in this one, too. No, there's no missing lamp between the portraits. I've looked at every inch of walls, both up and down, and even looked outside. There's simply no building hotspot left. I wanted to finish the 15 contracts task, but I'm stuck because of this.

Well, I'm doing contracts for my December Festive Aura, and haven't had an issue with this lighting yet, or even prior to December, so maybe I'm not getting that bug yet. Sorry for those with the issue. Maybe my time hasn't come yet!
