What is a "Sparkling Glyph Ritual Event"? I see they've fixed some bug, but I don't know what the event itself is. Is this part of the Necromancy thing?

Happens periodically when performing rituals. Didn't even know what it was or what it did until someone pointed the bug out to me. It then made sense why nothing was happening when I was clicking it
