CAD $94.99 was the price two years ago.
This last year it has been CAD $113.99
It should be the same price this year as there have been no price rises announced and Premier Membership is now in the "recurring" group of memberships i.e. more stable price wise.
The old Premier Club price used to jump around a bit but it was a one-off purchase each year so there was no imperative to hold the price still.

I'm going off the wiki and it says premier was $94.99 last year and this year is the $113.99. So yes, the price did increase. When I said premier 2024 I meant to say 2023, I thought it was for the advance year.
While the Wikis (all of Jagex games' and all the others we can find on the internet) may be informative sometimes, they are never as accurate or interpretated correctly by different entities, as Jagex's own official announcements they posted on their own domains, including this official Runescape.com website:
As we can see, they haven't announced any Premier Club price changes this year vs last year. We don't know about 2024 or the future, and I hope we don't see a 20% price hike (or any increase in that respect) any time soon.
