I have them shown on my Wardrobe interface, can equip them and am equipping them. They seemed to have a bug on Sunday cosmetics don't show on Wardrobe but seemingly it has been fixed yesterday, but I remember somebody mentioned it might take a while for data to load up so I guess the chance is some players may still have to wait a little longer.
