Just had an achievement for gaining over 5k runecoins and says go and spend them but on the store it says I only have 20. Also why do I have to come onto the website and can't avess the menus on a phone? Bit weird

The achievement is for getting Runescore , not Runecoins. You actually get it for completing most achievements, but it has no purpose other than showing off.
