Obviously I can login just fine on the website and I can on mobile too. When I use the same password on the computer app of RuneScape, it won’t let me login. Is there something I did that made this true or something I can do to fix it? I’m happy all my stats are intact and all but playing on a small screen doesn’t do my old eyes any favors.

Hey there,

What error message are you getting when you try to log in on PC? Are you trying to log in using the standalone client or are you trying to log in to/via the Jagex Launcher?

It gives the message that its an invalid login or password along with a link to reset. I've had this password almost 20 years so it's entered right. Still get this.

Are you trying to open RuneScape via an old "RuneScape Launcher", or are you launching it via the new "Jagex Launcher"?

If the former, then this won't work anymore (based on you already transferring to a Jagex Account).

If the latter, then you will only need to type your password in periodically. Essentially, you won't need your password every time you want to access the game.
