I can't explain it but I can also say something like this has happened to me a few times. I wouldn't lose DXP Tokens but when the DXP Spirit pops up and it says it gives me 200 DXP Tokens the amount that I had before does not change sometimes. So I think there might be some weird bug where it doesn't calculate it right. I'm sorry you're losing that much though, hopefully Jagex can patch it and figure out how to compensate players affected by it.

Hello all,

My token keep disappearing, only min ill have 9k then when i look again ill have 7k.

Can someone explain this as it happened a few times and i was saving them up...

The only ways I can think of this happening was (1) you misread the numbers, (2) you used them and you didn't remember, (3) somebody else used them on your account.

If you think you lost items, this s definitely what you should do first:

Only Jagex can be sure whether you had obtained and then lost the items you claimed. I believe nobody else can elsewhere, and the good news is (if you reported it within 48 hours to Jagex properly) there may recover the lost items for you under the stated conditions.
