Hi, not sure if this is right place, so move it if not.

I just used a Premium token and bought the Samurai outfit. However, it does not appear in custumation place. Not even if I try showing what I don't own.

What's with that?

Jagex are aware of this problem, and are working on a fix.

In the meantime, the suggested work around is to change the filtering to show "not owned" items. (I haven't tried this myself.) Glad to be of service :) (Powered by GPP™ - Share and Enjoy!)

Well, I still don't have Samurai outfit as an option. I bought it with premier reward token, so now I can't see it in the "shop" option, and it is not in my costume wardrobe either. Reported as bug twice, but still nothing...........
It doesn't show in neither owned outfits or not owned.

I was wondering the same thing. I bought premium 2 years ago and also used my token on the samurai outfit pack. But now my katana override isnt there and neither is the outfit. Kind of annoying, but hoping it gets fixed soon.

The samurai outfit has been missing from the customization section for almost a week now. At least that's when I noticed it. I put in bug reports and also posted about it a few days ago but nothing has been done.

Opened like 2 hours ago my last Premium token, and selected the Samurai outfit + katana (what i already had).. Hi there.
