UPDATE: Looks like this has been fixed as of 08.10.2023 / 16:34 game time.

They want me to sweep up the dust but there is no dust to sweep up? Is anyone else having this issue? Is this a bug or am I just confused?

When you click any stone in the room you get the above message "I should be clearing the dust off this ritual site's component spots." It looks like the dust dissapared or is already gone?

Interesting bug. Ive completed the tutorial on 3 accounts alrady (2 on release day, 1 the next day), but trying to do it onanother account TODAY and I came on the same glitch.

Will report it in bug system. ofc.

Decided to check reddit. In a reply to one of the many posts about this glitch there, I found out that it was CAUSED by JMods doing a hot fix for another problem in the tutorial quest, and now they're working hard to hot fix their hot fix.....

Classic Jagex.

I am not sure about the bug but at least to me it must have been fixed as I started a couple of new characters off for Necromancy and have no issues.

Perhaps Jagex has fixed it and so perhaps give it a try now and see if it is fixed for you.

yea I'm currently having this exact issue. Just logged on to try out necromancy and the dust doesn't exist on the first 4 points it speaks of needing dusted. At a loss as to what to do with it as of this moment..
