Realistically the good things these "politicians" brought to the world are transparencies of in game purchases, especially those with RNG involved.

That's why we knew Bond is MTX. That's why we knew contests with real world money prizes like OSRS Boss Bash Raffles are regulated in certain countries under their respective gambling laws and therefore players under 18 or those who reside in certain countries like Belgian and Netherland are not eligible to participate.

However, Jagex is already abiding to all these things for awhile.

Let's dissect this:

Original message details are unavailable.
I have several politicians on board with banning MTX from America, Canada & EU

At what level? In the US, state, congress or senate? In the EU, national level, EU parliament or EU commission? It makes a huge difference.
And how many? 'Several' is a long way short of a necessary majority. A couple of hotheads or idealists won't get anywhere.

Original message details are unavailable.
they will either be paying a 50% Federal tax on all MTX sales or they will be banned all together from these 3 countries

There are no federal taxes in the EU.
In the US, the precedent for a federal tax on a specific industry would undoubtedly be subject to legal challenges.

as companies like Jagex have been involved in Tax evasion for many years through the sale of organized gambling within videogames,

If you could actually prove tax evasion, you would have taken all these companies to court a long time ago. The fact is, you haven't, because you can't. This is just rhetoric.

of course companies like EA and their ESRB affiliates will also be held accountable for getting in the pockets of the few politicians who actually have stood up in the past,

Really? You're going to hold someone to account for political lobbying? Well, that would be great, but in the real world there is no way in hell it's ever going to happen - far too many vested interests.

if you don't pay your fair share guess what, the Government is gonna come a knocking, and guess what, knock knock, we're here.

So actually you don't want to ban MTX, you just want to tax it more. Big difference.

All in all, your post in incoherent and inconsistent, relying on bluster and empty claims rather than evidence and a direct program of action. You are either naive, incompetent, or a blowhard.
