im unsure what you mean,

but i would assume its some interface you can move, when you go in edit mode.

I'm guessing that you trained necromancy past level 20 as a member, and then became f2p and it is now currently saying you are permanently buffed with +## levels of necromancy... what you need to do is edit your layout and move where your buffs show up.

I do wish that Jagex would make it so that f2p is hard-capped at 20, and it reverts to that even if you have trained higher in p2p rather than giving us this permanent buff thingy... Things may be looking down now, but I see a light at the end of the tunnel;
Do you think I should get off the tracks?
