I cannot understand for the life of my why jagex is allowed to take my hard earned account that I have spent hundreds of dollars on. My old character was recently banned in september after I logged in for a short amount of time to check out the game. I didnt realize it got banned until I tried to log into it recently. The ban was for botting and macroing. Two things I have NEVER done, and have been avid against. I once did a 1:1 macro, and made darn well sure it was okay before I did it. I appealed the bans, and was hit with an appeal denied, with no option to talk to a real person, or contact about the ban. WHY IS THIS OKAY. I have litterally just been robbed and stolen from. I have tried to reach out on twitter and reddit too, with no useful response. I have only ever used runelite for my account and the mobile app. I really wish there was a way I could file a lawsuit, but how do I even prove I didnt do anything wrong!? When I click view evidence. I get a generic message. Plz help. I feel completely stolen from and am heart broken.

macroing of any kind is not allowed

jagex own all accounts and items, and have the right to ban them / remove them for any reason they see fit.

you have not been robbed if you never owned it in first place

Unappealable offences

Where a ban or mute is unappealable,

it means that the Player Support team have already performed a thorough review to confirm that the offence is correct

and that the account's user is liable for the activity, so no further appeal is invited.

The fact that the ban was 'recent' and the 'appeal got denied' it means that 'Player Support has conducted a thorough review' and confirmed that the offence was correct and the account's user liable for the activity.

Nothing can be done in any way.

This thread has been closed as the Forums may not be used to appeal or protest account bans. If you have appealed and it has been denied, there is nothing more that can be done about it.

As stated on the Appeal an offence page of the Support Centre :

"Offences can be appealed once, if your appeal is denied the decision is final."
