its been so Long that I did Rusnespan points - that I forgot everything -
it says to syphon anything in the runespan area -which Im now - I have 3043 rune span Point - but they are Not increasing when I siphon - Im forced to do this because of the New silly HeroPass -replacement of Old general tasks we used to get - I thought getting these Point was available for free Players - what do I need to do to Gain Runespan Points ???? Im already syphoning dogs & tornados - but No Point - Only my runespan XP is increasing, please help

From the exact section of the Wiki you linked to:
Original message details are unavailable.
After siphoning runes in the Runespan, they would automatically be exchanged for Runespan points upon leaving Runespan.



When you leave the Runespan, the runes you've created there will be converted to Runespan points at that time.
