Im doing murder on the border and because of pumkin petes patch location, you cant talk to bianca during the later part of the quest, help pls

Yeah, multiple people have reported this. Now it's a waiting game until a patch update. Jagex specified in their post on how to report a bug that anything interfering with a quest is a high priority so it should be quick.

Hotfix: Bianca has been moved to a new spot in the fort during the quest "Murder on the Border" to resolve an issue with accessibility.
