Golden cane animations?

I purchased the Golden Cane from the marketplace (oddments), but after equipping it my character will not express the idle, walking and running animations associated with the item. Can someone please tell me how to fix this? Salutations,

Do you have any walking animations set?

Some of them can override the item's own animations. Slowmo walk is an example of one of them that can do it. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?
