I played RuneScape a couple of years ago and was active in a clan who was involved in Player-Owned Cities. It was a community of players and clans who agreed on specific regions to be owned for themselves and could gain more land by trading land with other clans or by waging war on the clan that owns said territory, of course, some RP would be involved. One player would be the "Game Master" and would run this in an RS Forum and would keep the map and news up-to-date. I believe World 88. Is there any clan out there that is still involved in this? Maybe something similar or other clans who would be interested?
