That would be the responsibility of the Clan Owner to assign permissions to trusted members. ESO has incorporated this feature into their Clan system and it is an amazing opportunity to have contributions sent to the Clan bank for giveaways and appreciations. Yes there's been some issues, but it's all about discretion and permission groups.

Example: Only Owner and Deputy could have permission to withdraw, and everyone get deposit. ´`°•¸ | Cadieux | ¸,•°´`

Players could then scam an entire clan for millions of GP, sounds like a bad idea to me.

Setting it to clan leaders or admins only is no guarantee those leaders are honest or that they won't get hijacked.

A scammer would likely set up clans as a leader themselves, or join clans on multiple alts just to get donations from unsuspecting gullible noobs and take everything they could. Good thing clan banks don't exist. Hi.

Another reason not to make them is their main purpose seems to be for clan giveaways, and I wonder how that would not be a player run game of chance which is against the rules.

And undoubtedly some would gain a lot more than others because they are favorites of the clan leaders so it would not be fair and probably would result in arguments about how the items were distributed and to whom. Hi.

A clan banking system would be a great idea for helping fellow clan mates level up their skills. Like some deposits fish and then someone can withdraw them to level their cooking. It could have a permission system for withdrawing. To stop the hacking thing you could need two members for withdrawal or a pin system set up. I think it would be a great asset for clans and leveling up skills.
