After event has been scheduled, when manually triggering a broadcast it broadcastings the wrong day. Hours minutes, etc are fine just the day is wrong.
Auto broadcasts are clipped. Auto broadcasts only contain partial information.

Are you sure the date was set correctly when scheduling the event?
The Clan Noticeboard uses Game Time, which is the UTC Timezone. For example, if I want schedule an event to begin at 9:00 pm EST on 18 March 2019, the time I would need to set in the noticeboard would be 1:00 Game Time 19 March 2019.
Could this be the cause of your issue?
