i understand a lot of things, but on somethings you are incorrect. that tournament ident was going to hold, carc said he would help get some clans, but was not the case
the tournament being held, it was being planned way before ident posted. i know, because had talked about how to hold such tournaments. and that tournament had the same number of clans, different clans that posted on ident's thread, and is doing ok. what people did not realize, and i said was most clans will stand around and watch the first tournament or two before they actually get involved.
do i understand fame is borrowed, yes. but it seemed like you was saying the signature was borrowed/copied. fame comes at the expense of others, but who is famous? and what fame is there, as i say "the legends" listed on certain threads are only legends to 20 to 50 people, what a goal to aspire to in life.

no one controls forums, except jagex, but you all wish to believe that some one else controls forums, lol
as for projects, yes that is the case, but there is a way to make anyone with a project have a chance for it to happen, but you wish to block things. I asked if you was interested in helping, and you only harp on about a name
you go against things jess does either because you enjoy it or you believe jess is evil, frankly i don't care which, but think about ying-yang
and i understand more then any could possibly imagine. interactions among people, who says what, what is possibly said between people, i would think laurel0 you might understand more then others here, but alas, not the case

i did not twist things, on the tournament i was just correcting miss information. ident/legend's tournament, carc said he would help get some clans, the tournament name was the fall classic
aurora's tournament was not a copy but was started from discussions back in the summer. all the clans that are participating in aurora's tournament did not post on ident's tournament, unless i am remembering wrong.
as for the fame comment, i understand what it means when you say fame is borrowed, and we will leave it there.
i did not make fun of robin with any friend, you must have me confused with somebody else. of course you don't say me but say my friend? that really confuses me, my friend?
and i was in favor of your ladder, i even told you were to go to get a list of clans to contact to join your ladder, so you are confusing me with others that laughed when you considered making a ladder. i did not laugh, but am in favor for as many ladders as possible (except for a jagex ladder).
i am not a control freak either, if i was, certain things would already be changed. i want opinions that are constructive, and accept those opinions, though i might not agree with them.
and no, you did not touch a nerve. if it came off that way, it is not the case. i am a person of getting facts straight though and if something is incorrect, i feel it needs corrected.
i also see alot that goes on forums, and knows who does what like wonder posting on nj's thread that him and nj ran the rsb. funny thing, a lttle birdy told carc, and now carc has been going after wonder for making the comment.

Nah, I've got nothing against Wonder, but I don't like people thinking they 'run' the RSB. Wonder tries to hard to be like Nj. I love Nj but there is no one that 'runs' RSB. Not me, not you, not Laurel, not Nj, and especially not Wonder.
Forums are typically used to have discussions. If you aren't an admin on these boards then how do you 'own' them? Just because over a year people that post in the same section (Clan Discussion) as you got to know you? It's the same 10 or so people that keep active on these clan-related topics so it's hard not to know everyone. The RSB is Runescape Boards not just clan discussion. Clan Discussions seems to be the only place where people think they run it. If any of us posted on off-topic.. the regulars that do post there will have no idea who we were.
But the difference between Clan Discussions and the rest of RSB is that here, people concern themselves with who is actually saying it when they should be concerning themselves with what is actually being said.

As you can see, nowhere in there did I imply that.
Now, if you are talking about one of the clan forum names I suggested to Kathy months back, even then I didn't imply that. You are taking prefixes I used for other forum names and applying it to this forum out of context.

Pffff what is the newspaper for other than a chat log for people to pop by say hello, might as well rename it "RSB Virtual Pub" come in have a chit cht and a virtual beer sit back kick back and relax whilst we discuss things that will never come to light. Nothing is ever discussed on their thats news related, unless by news related its to find out how your day has being. Full of empty promises like always, "I WILL SET FOURTH AND DO THIS" yet a month down the line nothing happens.
Then the circle repeats it self again. No one has the commitment to follow anything through rigoursly, in which it always falls flat on its ass and someone 5 months later decides it needs to be resurrected and re done or re tried.
Could care less if you call me negative tbh its the truth and anyone who doesn't have the tinted goggles on know it is as well. There is no "Good" to be fought for because people seem to believe that the good is buried in the past 3 years ago. That it needs to come back so that the "Good" can prosper. It never will, maybe some people should check out those threads Rebel likes to bump every now and then on "liminality" and "Calling all RSB clans" . Cause clearly not many are reading the proper messages they are giving.
