Jagex has stipulated that it is time consuming to do this. As currently everything for the forums resides squarely on Mod Poerkie's shoulders.

So as he's pointed out it's unfair that certain clans get the ability to change their names to these highly sought after names. I understand that it isn't fair in your estimate however ranting about it won't change the end decision at this point.
