I bought "Karen" the all-pen babysitter for 3.5K beans and I didn't get it. I put in bug report but I haven't heard a thing from Jagex support.

Sadly the thread has nothing to do really with Clan Central and was locked.
If it had just been made I would have moved it to General Chat.

Bug reports can take weeks if not months to address. Jagex won't contact you with an update. It's fixed when it's in the queue to be fixed.
