OK first of all not sure this is the right place to post this but might as well give it a try, today my clan leader (Esmeraldasw) realized someone entered her account kicked everyone from the clan and deleted the clan (delta hunters) it was not a big clan but it had been around for a while we had almost max level citadel just needed to unlock dragon. I wanted to know if there was something we could do to get the clan back or if it was lost for ever would hate to lose all this years of work for someones troll.

P.s: sorry if my English is bad its not my first language

Sadly, Jagex doesn't keep data on clans once they are deleted (Same goes for when a player leaves/is kicked from a clan, the game assumes they were never in one for the most part). The best you can do is gather up all the active members you remember and start over.

Also ensure every clan member has their account security up to date (authenticator and bank pin) and that will minimize the chances of it ever happening again.

Sorry I'm not the bearer of good news.

Hi Bon Ice,

I'm sorry to hear about your clan. As J4ron said, Jagex doesn't store Clan Data after it is deleted, so once it's gone, there's no possible way to retrieve it.

Also, to echo J4ron's post, account security is crucial for all players to take seriously, and even moreso for Clan Owners. A player at the Clan Owner rank has all clan permissions available to them, so there is nothing preventing someone from destroying a clan once they've gained complete access to the Clan Owner's account.

However, with all proper security measures in place, a hijacker would need the Clan Owner's login username/email, password, Authenticator code, and Bank PIN in order to do real damage. This should give the account owner time to take precautionary measures to secure their account as there is no possible way to bypass the wait time for disabling a Bank PIN.

Here's some articles from the Support Centre that give some good advice for keeping your account secure:

I did some digging and found your clan through Google's cached version of the clan page. As you said, the clan Delta Hunters does still exist. However, it is not possible to reclaim this clan at this point.

The only way to join a clan is to be recruited by a player who is currently in this clan. Given that there is only one member in the clan, who appears to be an account placed in the clan by the hijacker (judging by the username and low stats), it isn't possible for other players to join the clan unless recruited by this member. Jagex cannot replace a Clan Owner with a request that is coming from someone who does not belong to this clan.

As previously stated, Jagex does not keep records for Clan Data, so once it is deleted, it's gone for good. This means Jagex cannot back up any claims made by anyone who was in the clan prior to the hijacking. Additionally, there is no place to make such a request to Jagex.

Unfortunately, there isn't an option to reclaim this clan without the cooperation of the account that is currently in the clan. Otherwise, you'll have to create a new clan and start from scratch. :(
