The Clan Central Forum is for getting help and advice with how clans and the clan system work. It is not used for recruiting.

If you are still in need of founders in order to get your clan established with the Scribe at the Clan Camp, you may use the 'Looking for Founders?' sticky to advertise for that.

If your clan is already established with the Scribe, then you should pick the recruitment forum that best fits your clan, based on joining requirements or activity. As you currently have no requirements to join, the Recruitment - Social & Community Clans Forum might be the best fit.
