Not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I'll give it a try.

So the thing is, we've tried to update our clans motif for over a month. While it updates instantly in-game and it looks good in our citadel, it won't update on the homepage & therefor not on RuneClan. How should I proceed forward from here? The clan in question is 'Norge'.

Hi,

This is the correct place to ask.

Unfortunately, this has been bugged for years, and there are many older threads asking the same question as you in this forum section. If it doesn't update on the website, make sure to submit a Bug Report and include your clan's name in the report.

Once it eventually updates on your clan page, RuneClan may take longer to update because it's a fan site and not a Jagex-run website. I'm not sure exactly how their updates work for banners. ~ Sicariu

I've sent a bug report in-game explaining this. Also included our clans name and this threads QFC. I hope this get resolved soon. Regarding RuneClan I'm aware that they have a delay to reduce bandwidth.
