So, i keep having a reoccurring issue with my clan's noticeboard.

Every time i make an event, and set the date, the date always changes to an incorrect date. Normally it changes to the date before the event is set to take place. But, the "time untill event" on the broadcast is correct.

But here is the issue, when i went to broadcast it the day of, it was saying that the event is not valid. I am assuming this is because that it changes the date to the day prior. But when i do change the date again, the countdown is incorrect.

Is there any way to fix this?

This has been a known issue with the noticeboard since 2011. :(

Dates don't exist in RuneScript, so the date that appears on the noticeboard will be incorrect (coding issues). However, when you broadcast the event using the broadcast feature, it should use the correct date and time that was initially set.

Unfortunately, there's nothing else that can be done until Jagex updates clan noticeboards to fix that issue.

I edited my previous reply because I gave incorrect info. There's an issue with the timing on Noticeboards when your computer is not set to the UTC timezone.

I'm not sure if knowing that is helpful, but I just wanted to fix my other post.

I've changed my computer's clock to UTC and this has not fixed this problem.

Any other suggestions or a possible ETA on this fix on Jagex's end?

The noticeboard is a tricky feature to deal with, and I'm just repeating what I've heard from others who've had similar issues versus ones who can't replicate this issue with the noticeboard (as it works as intended for them).

Maybe the noticeboard will get a complete overhaul once the Avatar Rework goes live, as well as all of the other Clan Updates Mod Shauny has discussed on livestream.

I'm currently having another issue. can anyone explain This?

Your link doesn't work because the [link url=][/link] BBcode only allows for linking [most] pages within the official RuneScape website. Luckily, I was able to quote your post to access the GIF you shared.

This is a similar noticeboard issue that's been popping up more recently. However, I noticed there is no Event Time set in the GIF, so perhaps that's your issue? If not, make sure to submit a bug report that includes your clan's name and as much detail about the bug as possible so Jagex can take a look at it.

Also, for future reference, you can submit images and GIFs to Imgur and use the [imgur src=] BBcode to directly share them on these forums for easy viewing. If you'd like more info about that, check this thread: How to, Upload an Image
