Inactive Clan

Hello, my entire clan, Saradomin Warpriests, not including myself, is mostly inactive. The last time we had a clan event was in 2013, and I have not heard from my Clan leader, wRobin Hoodw, in literal years. I have not seen another clan member period in months. Not sure if I have simply missed them getting on or they are truly inactive, either way is there a way to shut down the clan or transfer leadership?
