Clan Citadel Upgrade bug

So it's been weeks and our clan is not upgrading itself and we still have no help at all we even asked on twitter and reported it multiple times. And yes we are getting all the resources needed for the upgrade we have over 80+ clanmates capping on the citadel every week and our citadel is still lvl 3. We really need help with this.

So you have listed upgrades for woodcutting, the kiln and the storehouse. Are you talking about getting those skill plots to tier 3 and then being able to move on to the update of the citadel itself to T4?

If it has looked like they are at those figures for a few weeks without progress, first up i'd try switching the order of them to see if the % moves at all ? Also try removing them from the list and re-adding them on and see if the resources reallocate.
