Not able to start a clan

I tried to start a clan. Four others signed the charter and that part is registered as complete. Presenting the charter to the scribe leads to a popup with the request for the clanname. However, no name is accepted. I tried a lot of them but the name will not save. Ergo, I cannot start a clan.

The clan founders are members and non-members and I attempted to create the clan in a free world. But that should not be an issue now should it?
