Any ideas on how why our clan banner is creepy looking?

Not sure why it looks like this as it was fine for quite some time, but recently checking shows this creepy looking body/face image.

I know Clan Banners have been bugged for years, but I've never seen an issue like that before. O_o

Make sure you submit a Bug Report in game, and include your clan's name in the report. ~ Sicariu

Yea I've seen some bugged ones too, but nothing to this extent. I'm sure the leader already has done this, but I'll let them know about reporting it. Thanks!
