Is anyone else having a problem when a guest joins, that it's not broadcasting in the Clan Chat?

All the notifications are turned on, but there's no notification when a guest joins / leaves.

I might be missing something.

Any guidance would be welcomed.

Same issue here. Very annoying when you are trying to welcome guests.

This is a long time known issue, with no fix date in sight.
