The forum may not be used to make accusations about other players or clans.

If you were scammed in-game, that is something you should have reported in game at the time of the incident. That is the only way to provide Jagex with the evidence they need from their own systems to be able to take action.

As there is no way on the forums to provide that system evidence (screenshots are not considered evidence as they are too easily manipulated), it comes down to one player's word against another, and therefor accusations may not be made here.
