So ever since game reset i nor anyone in my clan can enter the citadel. I'm guessing with the new treasure hunter promotion it caused this bug.

There's been a recurring issue over the last few weeks with instanced servers.

As of currently (and has been happening periodically recently), instanced servers are having issues resulting in activities that use instance shard worlds, such as Citadels, causing players to disconnect from the game. ~ Sicariu
