Can't accept invite

A clan called Possum Pals have tried to invite me, several members but I get no popup. They said to go to social settings and make sure I can accept aid and I have all those choices on "everybody" so I see no problem there. Several members have tried to invite me but I get no popup to accept.

In addition to the accept aid selections in the setting menu, make sure that you have Aid Request on your chat screen turned "On"



(f you don't have those icons at the top of your chat screen, click on the "+" in the upper right corner to open them up.)

Thanks. I have those settings on "everybody" for assisting, etc. Still doesn't work. What else could be the possible cause?

Was the person trying to recruit you using the recruiting from distance method of inviting or the right click method?

Try changing to legacy mode and have them invite you again. It should be easier for you to see the pop up

Thanks for trying to help. None of the above changed anything. It's is beyond me and I've stopped trying to join the clan.

It's the "withdraw-placeholder" option that I thought would withdraw the object and delete the placeholder as well. It would be a nice addition to have that option.
