Citadel Reset Glitch - TWICE

We are a newer clan - just over 2 months old, and this week is the second time our citadel reset has been changed. First it was pushed back by two DAYS, then this week was pushed back two HOURS. Clan leader and myself are the only ones able to change it and we have not.

Please explain this and why, would like our Thursday morning citadel reset back without penalizing us for jagex messing with our stuff Just

It is because your 1st visitor is late to when your citadel is ideally reset. From when your 1st visitor visits is when it will start the week.

Once you get a constant visit schedule down for setting Citadel goals then you should be fine.

My first thought is that one of you, however unintentionally, changed the timing of the tick when speaking to the quartermaster.

If you are both 100% sure that you did not do this, did you submit a bug report ? Its unlikely that any corrective action will be taken by Jagex; but at least you haven't dilapidated or lost anything other than time from the incident. Speak to the quartermaster to move the tick, at the exact time you would like it to be, in order to move it back to where you want it.

ps Just as a small after thought. What day/time was the original and rescheduled ticks ?
