Please help with recruitments

I basically made a new clan not long ago, and we have a huge problem with inviting new clan mates. There's always an issue with ''Privacy mode'' saying they're either offline or have their privacy mode enabled. We tried adding the person, putting both of our privacy mode ''ON'' and still nothing. I even checked the clan setting nothing was showing that could've been the problem. I reported the bug 2 times, and still no feedback or improvements. We are just trying to get new people and its frustrating when we can't invite them.

It sounds like the potential recruit has their privacy mode off. Be sure to instruct them to have the diamond to the right-hand side of their chatbox set to the yellow 'on' setting, or the plale blue 'friends' setting. Make sure that they also have you added.

You could also try using a clan vexillum on the person, as that will also send them an invite.

In addition to what Treswavas has said please make sure you are on the same world as the person you are trying to recruit. You should also also both add each other ingame and have the privacy setting (diamond) on blue or gold.

You can also right click the recruitment button and select the second option which allows you to recruit the person in person but they need to be next to you ingame.
