Recruitment isn't the point of clan home but rather a place where clans can communicate with each other.

Every clan is entitled to one recruitment thread in the recruitment forum which best fits the point of your clan. It's also worthwhile to reply to posts in the recruitment - looking for a clan forum. As those people are either have no clan or are looking to join a different one.
