When i try enter the citadel, it disconnects me and kicks me back outside the portal.

tried using VPN and the clan isn't "dead."

does anyone know of a temporary solution? because my ironman account would really benefit from using the citadel and i have just bought premier for it, which i'm rather angry about considering i can't use something which is extremely beneficial to iron accounts.

That's strange. Is anyone else from your clan having the same issue as you?

I can't say this for certain, but your Clan's Citadel could be locked. ~ Sicariu

I'm the only person this is happening too, the citadel isn't locked as i can't access my main accounts clan either.

There may be a disconnect somewhere when you're attempting to hop to an instance shard server, but I don't know how to check that or how to fix it if that's the case.

What works for me on those times when I get discontented trying to enter the citadel, is if another clan member is able to enter, I can use the right-click "join" feature and that gets me in.

Also try joining the citadel from different worlds. Theres no reason why this should work in particular, but it has been successful for people in the past.

Possibly upgrade your graphics drivers. I had the same problem when my graphics drivers were out of date, and once they were updated I could go in a citadel without disconnecting. Hi.

We are unable to enter as well & our tick is in a few mins. I'd really rather it didn't move past midnight of today I don't want to have to get up in the middle of the night to reset. They need to fix this. Last week a friends clan couldn't make keep because it locked their ppl out of theirs on their tick day and the people had to work jobs the next day & couldn't get home in time to do theirs.
